Quarantine Projects... psychedellic landscapes

This has been a very productive time for me to get to all the projects and art supplies I have been hoarding! I’ve been working with kid’s craft foam to make these assemblages in shadowboxes. I enjoy the material because it is low cost, easy to cut and glue, and is reminiscent of working with sheet glass in its own way... and not to mention how brilliantly colorful it is! Precise cutting and piecing is what fused glass (and stained glass) is all about. I view these as studies for potential glass pieces.
