Hi!

My name is Julie.

I’m an artist and plant lady enjoying the Pacific Northwest in my home of Portland, Oregon.

I have extensive hands on knowledge with kiln glass, also known as fusing. For me, glass was a process that I always wanted to experience until I was finally fortunate enough to learn and teach all about it at Bullseye Glass Company.

I worked in the commercial art glass industry for 7 years both as an instructor and a fabricator. With my team I worked on many large scale custom glass projects in forms such as etched glass panels, large countertops, signs, and light features.

My creative expertise extends to stained glass, ceramics, mold-making, and various printmaking techniques (like screen printing). Printmaking and Sculpture were my main focus in art school where I made 3D prints out of laser-cut acrylic.

Now I work full time in the plant industry. I teach creative workshops and classes on weekends or evenings by special request.
